Terms and Conditions for Cancellation and Amendment of Bookings

• To cancel a booking, please inform us at least 21 days prior to arrival date.
• Any cancellation received within 21 days prior to arrival date will incur the first 2 nights charge.
• To amend a booking, please inform us at least 14 days prior to arrival date. A booking can only be postponed for a maximum of 90 days at a time.
• Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
